Robert P. Smith Bob has a degree in Real Estate, Banking and Insurance. He has been in the real estate business since 1968. Throughout his 36 years of experience he has earned numerous designations of expertise. In 1971, he opened Smith Brothers Realty and in 1985 established Robert Smith Associates, Inc. As a Real Estate Broker in the capital region, he specializes in land development, real estate marketing and equity marketing (1031 Exchanges). Over the past 10 years, Bob has been in partnership with Bryland, Inc. Bob markets Bryland homes and is also responsible for land acquisitions for the company. Bob is passionate about this business and finds extreme gratification in connecting buyers with that perfect property for them, finding the right buyer for either a Bryland home or an existing home. Bob has been a life long resident of Guilderland, where he and his wife of 35 years have raised their children and now have the joy of their grandchildren right here in his hometown.
